I get it. I've been there, too!


After years of crash diets, strict, miserable eating plans, and exercising compulsively, I wound up in a place where I had completely trashed my metabolism.

I was at the point where food and exercise took up most of my brain space.

I would restrict my calories as long as I could, which would then lead to a binge. Then, I’d feel sick and exercise to “burn it all off.” It was a miserable merry-go-round to be stuck on.

But worst of all, I felt like I couldn’t get off, or move past this place that I was. 

I felt so out of control around food and didn’t know what to do anymore.

I was frustrated at how everything I had tried, had ultimately failed, and I was tired of the unsustainability of the approaches I had used. And most of all, what it had done to my metabolism!

At that point, I felt like if I even looked at food, I’d gain weight.

In my desperation to better understand my own physiology, I started training to become a nutritional therapy practitioner. This opened up a new world for me; viewing food as nourishing, delicious, wonderful, and healing- instead of something to fear, or be scared of. It became fuel for my day, and nourishment for my cells. 

And the information I learned not only transformed me, but it changed the way I viewed food, exercise, and my body. It also changed the way I coach others in fitness and nutrition. 

Sharing this knowledge with others is how I want to pay it forward.

Benefits I’ve noticed after implementing the principles taught in the course: 
- I haven't been sick since the first week of starting which is the longest I've gone in about a year without catching some type of sickness
