How do I use the classes?

When you are enrolled in the class and are ready to begin your personal 30-day challenge, you will click “day 1” and complete the workout, clicking “complete and continue” at the bottom of the page. I have included other instructions for use and recommendations for hydration and workout recovery inside the course.


I have some of your other workouts, are they included in this? 

I have a huge library of classes and have pulled from it to create this convenient option for a 30-day challenge. In this course, you are paying for the convenience and expertise of having everything organized into a curated workout schedule for 30 days. This course is hosted on a site I am paying for, each month (Teachable) hence the enrollment fee/subscription format. 


How long are the classes?

The classes here range from 10-30 minutes on average, with 42 minutes being the longest and 8 minutes being the shortest.


I have adrenal burnout. Can I do these classes?

As you can imagine, it is very hard to design one schedule that will fit everyone's needs. This challenge is friendly for those with adrenal burnout or exercise intolerance, with 4 days of consecutive workouts at the most. However, if you have adrenal burnout or thyroid concerns that severely limit your tolerance of exercise, an easy way to modify the schedule in the course is by simply adding on a rest day after each workout day. This will automatically turn your challenge into a 60-day challenge, without overtraining. As always, listen to your body and not the schedule if you have exercise intolerance. You might need an ease-in approach!

How often can I do this 30-day challenge?

Totally up to you! You can do this challenge as your workout schedule for each month, or you can do your own fitness programming/ schedule one month, and use this one the next. There is plenty of variety built in to this schedule, with many standing, floor, and walking workouts.


I am new to T-Tapp, can I use this class?

While it is recommended to have some prior experience with T-Tapp, I have included many of my best instructional videos in the beginning of this class for you to use to hone in on your form before beginning the challenge.


What if the workouts are too challenging for me?

You can definitely still participate in the challenge! I have included instructions in the introduction portion on how to modify the classes and schedule to your needs if you find it is too challenging for where you are at right now.


How does the payment work?

As this is a set of classes you can use again and again, it operates as a monthly subscription. Once you have subscribed, you can access and use the 30-Day Challenge classes and content (accessible by logging into your dashboard.) If you want to stop using the classes, you can unsubscribe under your account management page.
